Welcome to Trinetra Riwayat. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases from our store.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Please review the product description and available size guide before ordering. These display differences do not affect your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

Products and sizes are subject to availability. Changes to listings will not retrospectively alter an accepted order.

3. Prices and payments

The applicable currency, product price, taxes, delivery charges, and any other mandatory charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payments must be made through the methods offered at checkout. Available payment options may vary by order or delivery location.

If we discover a material pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it and offer an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and a refund where applicable. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

4. Orders and acceptance

After you place an order, we will send an acknowledgement using the contact details you provide. This confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch.

We may be unable to fulfil an order because of unavailable stock, payment failure, delivery restrictions, or a reasonable concern about fraud. If this happens, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for unfulfilled items, including applicable delivery charges.

Please contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order details.

5. Order changes and cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact vinu@trinetrariwayat.com as soon as possible.

We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated based on the order’s processing and dispatch status. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to stop delivery. Eligible items may still be returned under our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.

If we cancel an order that you have paid for, we will notify you and arrange a refund. We will not substitute an item without your agreement.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery availability, charges, and estimated timelines will be communicated through our website or checkout.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an accessible phone number. Contact us promptly if these details need correcting.

If your order is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us so we can investigate with the delivery partner.

Delivery estimates do not remove your rights or remedies under applicable law. We remain your point of contact for resolving delivery issues.

7. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy explains the full eligibility requirements and process. Key terms include:

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• For change-of-mind or size-related returns, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

• An order number or proof of purchase is required.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• Trinetra Riwayat covers shipping for approved returns and replacement delivery for approved exchanges.

• Original delivery charges, if paid, are refunded when the entire order is returned for a refund. Any delivery-charge refund for a partial return will be confirmed before arranging the return.

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval following receipt and inspection of the returned item.

• Prepaid-order refunds are issued by bank transfer or another payment method agreed with you.

• Cash-on-delivery refunds are issued by bank transfer only.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

The 7-day request window and change-of-mind conditions do not limit applicable rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods. If this summary differs from the full Return, Exchange and Refund Policy, the full policy governs the return process, subject to applicable law.

8. Offers and promotions

Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions stated with each offer, including validity dates, product eligibility, and any minimum purchase requirements.

Changes to an offer will not affect discounts already applied to an accepted order.
