Exchange Policy

At Trinetra Riwayat, we offer exchanges for eligible purchases. We do not offer returns for a refund for change of mind or size preference, except where a refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchange window and eligibility

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and sent back with their original tags and packaging. An order number or proof of purchase is required.

How to request an exchange

Email vinu@trinetrariwayat.com with:

• Your order number and the name used to place the order.
• The item you wish to exchange.
• The reason for your request.
• Your preferred replacement size or item.
• Photos showing the issue, where relevant.

We will review your request and provide the shipping address or collection arrangements. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Exchange process and availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss an available alternative before proceeding.

If the replacement item has a different price, we will confirm the price difference and agree the exchange terms with you before proceeding.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm whether your exchange is approved and arrange the replacement. If a request is declined, we will explain the reason.

Exchange shipping

Trinetra Riwayat will cover shipping the original item back and delivery of the replacement for approved exchanges.

Please follow the shipping instructions we provide. If you need to arrange shipping yourself, contact us first so we can confirm the method and reimbursement arrangements.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match its description. We may request photographs or other reasonable information to assess the issue.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including a replacement, exchange, or refund where required. Trinetra Riwayat will cover shipping the item back and any replacement delivery costs for confirmed product issues.

The exchange-only policy, item-condition requirements, and 7-day request window do not limit your statutory rights or remedies.
